Spring is in the air and swimsuit season is close behind! The spring wellness challenge will help you build healthy lifestyles body-mind-spirit. This 60 day challenge uses my book, Healthy & Whole: 60 Days to Complete Wellness, and will take you step-by-step through the building blocks of growing in holistic health. You’ll also get the encouragement and support of people just like you that are working on being as healthy, whole, and close to Jesus as possible through the online facebook support group.

Starts: March 13th
Ends: May 14th
Cost: Free you only need to buy the book and the supplies if you don’t already have them
Will this work with ____ diet plan? This challenge is not about weight and diet (though you will probably see improvements in both). We will focus on eating real foods that are not highly processed. So if you are doing paleo, gluten-free, vegan, meatatarian, whole 30 or any other specific diet, you can still do this challenge.
Are there set meeting times? The “meeting” aspect is run through a facebook group so there are no set meeting times. You can engage with the group whenever you have time but are encouraged to check in a few times a week.
Do I have to keep logs on paper? Nope! The Healthy & Whole app allows you to keep all your logs on the mobile app.
Can I get one-on-one coaching? Yes! In addition to the group coaching you’ll get from me through the challenge, I offer coaching as paid service and can meet with you in person in the Atlanta area or by phone/skype.
