For online appointments I use doxy.me for video calls, it does not require you download any software and is HIPPA compliant.
When it is time for your appointment you can enter the video call through the link below. You do not have to create an account, you simply enter your name after clicking the link to enter the waiting room. You can also use the Doxy.me app for Android instead of your computer webcam if you prefer (for iOS you will still use the website); if you are using the mobile app the room name is “Shelemah”. Please test out logging in and familiarize yourself with Doxy.me before your appointment.
If for some reason we are unable to get the video call to work, I will call you at the phone number you provided on your client info form.
